Wow I can't believe some of the reviews. I've lived here since 2006 and we love our 3 bedroom. It took forever to get in but worth the wait. Great price we don't pay water like the rest of the world and we have good neighbors. There are many kids but ok with me since I have children myself. My son goes to Daniel elementary right across the street very convenient. Steve the maintenance man and Heather are always willing to help and very friendly. Great place to live if you can get in.

I agree with all the reviews good and bad. Any place with kids theres going to be noise. Yes in the summer teenagers stay out very late but thats their parents responsibility, not management. Sum neighbors are noisy but that can happen anywhere you go. Security has always been an issue, our rear window was smashede in right in our drive-way. There is alot more kids than when we moved in 5 years ago in 2003. The current office staff is more helpful than any previous staff. Maintenance could use some help.
