Living at Wandering Creek Apartments has been a terrible experience for my family and I. We have been here for approx. 2 1/2 months thus far, but pool has been shut down for most of the time. Currently, new roofs are being put on, deck work is scheduled, chiminy sweeps, etc. All of these are huge inconveniences as furniture has to be moved and if you are home during days, the noise is terrible when re-roofing is going on.
Aside from the maintenance, there are thugs partying in the parking lot with music blaring, and yelling at 2 or 3 in the morning.
If you are smart and want what is best for your family, stay away from wandering creek.
