We have lived here for 6 months and haven't found it too bad. The apartment has a nice layout with an open kitchen/dining/living room. There is lots of storage space and the washer and dryer are on top of each other, which we like because it saves room. The insulation isn't that bad because we rarely hear our neighbors next to us, only under us sometimes. We never have a problem with finding a parking spot...I park under the covered parking and my husband parks in a spot nearby.

Lately they have been fixing the roofs and balconies, but they only work during work hours. Someone else mentioned he didn't receive a notice for it, however, we did. BUT, there was another instance where we did NOT receive a notice for something, which was pretty frustrating.

We both feel safe here for the most part. We were at an apartment about 5 minutes from here last summer and it was much more dangerous there. So this is much safer, which I think is partly due to it being on the edge of Kent.

Maintenance. They get in and check things fast, but that's not always a good thing. They don't always fix things if it will cost too much money, which can be a pain depending on what needs to be fixed. Sometimes they've fixed things right away, and other times refuse to fix things We've had some major issues with them, and that's all I'll say about that.

One other thing: no air conditioning, and this summer it was in the 90's and we were dying in our apartment.

Overall I would recommend these apartments, but check yours out first for maintenance issues and decide what absolutely needs to be fixed.
