Every rent hike they claim their 'looking to be competitive' and what not, but in reality, their rent is quite high. I can't complain really about the noise, which isn't that bad. The floors seem to be rather on the thin side and if any of your neighbors argue, you'll definitely hear the entire conversation. The grounds are okay. They've been doing maintenance for the last year or so on various things (e.g., roof, yard, siding, and vent cleaning), so they're normally on the ball.

However, they're rent has increased by about 40% in 2.5 years. To me, this is quite a job in price. The next month-to-month increase for a 2/2 flat is $1115 from $955. There's nothing special about this apartment complex to warrant the cost. Do your bank account a favor: Look elsewhere.
