I can't beleive someone is complaining about the improvements being made on their home. Would you really like to live in a place that is run down and never improved upon' If you do, there are some out there that have a lot of empty units! I have a daughter who has lived in the complex for 5 years and I am waiting to move in myself. Yes, we all wish our rent would never go up but reality and the market says it does. I have lived in a lot of different places and from what I have seen for myself and heard from my daughter, this is one of the better ones. How many apartment complexes in the Kent area have the open space that Wandering Creek has' Management is great, maintainence is good and it feels safe. Works for me.
