I've lived here since August of 2006, and I have to say, it's the best apartment complex I've lived in my life.

The past apartments were dumps. Drug dealing, noisy neighbors, etc.

But this complex is peaceful, quiet, and very safe. If you have kids, the playground is clean and very well built. It is somewhat close to the elementary school, and just a mile from the junior high school. It's about 2-3 miles from the high school. It is also a safe community.

The tenants are nice, and are tolerant of other tenants.

I'd say the rent's OK, form what I've heard from my mother (I'm a minor). When under construction, it's undoubtedly noisy during construction hours, not to mention the rent goes up.

The apartments are a block away from a few gas stations, a QFC grocery store, a car wash, and other stores.

But overall, the place is how I described it in the title.
