Not very nice, but a good price

What originally attracted me to this apartment complex was the facilities...and the price.
After a couple months though, there are way too many negatives.
The facililties that they tout are way too overcrowded.
I have had to wait two hours just to shoot a basketball a couple of times.
The 'security' is not to be seen.
They advertise they have a security guard but I have only seen him once.
The gate on the front end does not work half the time, so just about anyone can get inside at just about any time.
There is at least a little bit of drug activity, and seemingly lots of domestic abuse.
Almost weekly another window gets broken, or a sign gets knocked down.
Parking is Atrocious.
And kids roam freely.
I could not recoment it.
