There is nothing special about the apartments themselves.

The facilities and playground is what attracted me here.

For the first six months of living here, I liked it.

The indoor swimming pool/hot tub and other recreations was really nice.

Around seven months of my tenancy, I began to notice the neighbors were always staring out the windows, loitering outside their apartments.

Many mothers would let their CHILDREN go play unsupervised, therefore, other neighboring mothers were mothering other peoples children--even in the present of the biological mother.

There were drugs present in this complex but it wasnt really noticeable because not just anyone could come in during the night because there are security guards that stand at the front gate entrance from 8pm until 7am.

You will not pass unless you prove you are a tenant.

If you have guest, the tenant will be phoned for approval.

This way the front gates will KNOW whos coming/going and who has the most "traffic".

The security is good.

With the nosey neighbors** and my young children finding an XXX-rated lesbians/ ----/interacial magazine on the playground, I decided it was time to leave before it got worse.

As time goes by, it may get worse.

Yet again, it may not.......
