I think this place has great amenities!!! I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and never had a problem. It is close by a main road but not disturbing to my apartment. It is a large community so yes there is some traffic in and out. This is more of a family type community with children playing and resident activities! It's not all Bellvue, but a great place to live. My girls look forward to the children activties that they have every year. Very conveniently close to mine & my husbands work! I always am aware of the courteosy patrol that work here on site they make them selves very visable and make me feel safe here at night. The staff is always responsive to my work orders in a timley matter and I am very saddened to have moved for the fact that my job tranfered me. The people who posted the last comment seem as though they moved to the wrong area & did not give this apartment enough credit for the short time lived there shame on you!!!!!!
