This sounds too good to be true. Is there anyone out there that has lived here for more than a year??

maintenance...Hmmm, untrue...when it was snowing last winter I had a roof leak...well, the head maintenance gentlemen that came into the apartment to take a look first said...well, its 7:00pm at night..."What the hell do you want me to do about it now?"...Well, he had a good point...From here forward is what really pised me off So he comes back the next day and he actually blames my "Light Bulb" Said the light in my bedroom was too hot and it was melting the ice ontop of the roof causing it to leak into my bedroom. As crazy as that it is, that is how that went down...I also have a bloody work ordering stating that he went to home depot, bought an new one and installed it...Are you fricking kidding me?!?!?! When that didn't work, he said well...the insulation is wet from the leak so you need to wait for that to dry before you see anything improve......Hmmm, hello, wet insulation causes mold and wouldn't the heat of the light that you claim to be so hot dry it anyway?!?! The manager and staff stood by their maintenance gentlemen and it took my to write them a letter stating my rights and their obligations (with Washington state code in the letter) before the hired a roofer to come in and fix it. few weeks go by and I get threatened eviction due bend blinds...(I have cats which like to get on the railing, meh- ok, I'll go along with it) so I call the manager up and say I'll buy the blinds but I'm installing them to ensure correction....To this day I have not heard from the her regarding this and I have not been furthered threatened. Now, don't get me wrong, I was not pleasant after the light bulb blaming story...I let them have it pretty well because I got 3 other stories on what it could be before I got a straight answer. So...no, I would not move here and I'm in the mist of searching for a new apartment right now.
