The Waterford Apartments was my first apartment from graduating high school in California, and starting a new life in Washington. The staff is a group of wonderful people. They will try there best to do whatever they can to please their tenants. I starting in a small one bedroom and five months later moved into a larger one bedroom with vaulted ceiling and fire place in the living room, large wash and dryer. There is a walk- in closet in the bedroom. Waterford Apartments is located in the Kent valley and a great place to call home.
