The only good thing about Waterford is the location, convenient to both I-5 and 167, in between Tacoma and Seattle. Parking is a nightmare, don't plan on leaving after 6pm on the weekends or there won't be any place to park when you get back. I've been on a waiting list for reserved parking (which costs extra) for a year now, still no spots available. Management doesn't do anything no matter how many times you complain. Maintaince people do not actually fix what they are supposed to, and generally smell so strongly of cigarette smoke you choke within 10 feet of them, and can see a cigarette pack in their pocket, very unprofessional. Neighbors are loud and noisy, management has not done anything about the problem. Wish I hadn't moved here.
