The apartment wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. I liked the size of the large 1 bedroom and was able to find close parking easily. However - the carpets were worn though the the subfloors in some areas and black in others when I moved in, and this was noted on my move-in check in sheet and they still charged me a $200 cleaning fee when I moved out to clean the carpets. They charged me an additional $80 on move out because there was hair in the medicine cabinet and a small amount of sugar in one of the cupboards (not kidding). I also had a higher than usual water bill for 3 months while 6 people and a dog (only one person was on the lease) lived above me in a one bedroom. In addition to driving up my water bill this was noisy. Management was a little hard to reach. Again, not great, but for the price there is a lot better. I agree that Hampton Bay next door was a much nicer complex.
