The apartment we lived in wasn't actually bad, but every time we had maintenance issues, it would take 3 or 4 calls to get it taken care of. Once they did finally come out, more often than not, it wasn't done correctly and they've have to send someone else out to fix what the other idiot couldn't take care of. They changed maintenance people as often as most people change their socks, so it was always a chore to get anything fixed properly. We had a leak in one of the bathrooms that we had to have fixed twice and who knows if the 2nd time actually fixed it. We left before we found out.

In all fairness, the people are nice enough, they just don't know what the hell they're doing and don't have any business running a big complex like that.

Our unit was broken into and by the time we moved out, they still hadn't fixed the door frame.

They tried to charge us over $200 for cleaning, saying our cats damaged the carpet but it was clearly marked on the move in sheet that the carpet was already stained and damaged, so they obviously don't compare the move in sheet to what they find when you move out. So be wary of this place. We moved to Hampton Bay and are very happy.
