I can say that the apartments are nice the staff is nice, very helpful, and understanding if your in a bind.
The staff is friendly. I've lived here almost a year, and my apartment is a 2 bdrm 2 ba vaulted ceilings, separate dining area, washer/dryer with a masterbedroom walk-in closet. I'm on the 3rd level. It's nice here. I haven't had any issues with neighbor's. There were 4 college guys in a 3 bd rm next door that partied all the time so they said. I never heard them. We shared a wall in the Livingrooms. But didn't really hear any noise, now there is a family with 4 or 5 kids and I still don't hear them. The parking issue I can see sometimes, there aren't any spaces available i front of my apartment, and there are times when the lot is almost empty, but there is always some where to park. It's really a hit and miss unless you have a garage or paid spot. I've been ok since I've lived here. We drive a nice new car and have accidently left it unlocked one Saturday night, nothing happened to it. The landscape is nice and there aren't birds very where like I read in one review. Birds live everywhere! Get over it!! If you want a nice place to live, this is a good place to call home. My 14 yr old is safe walking around the complex to her friends house. I don't worry about her. I feel comfortable here and am going to sign another years lease this Nov. when mine is up. They do change maintanance guys alot though. But thigs with that have gotten better. I guess the previous complaints about the old repair men were heard, because there is a good group of guys now. Again, I can say I'm happy there. No real complaints from me. I have made friends with Neighbors there. The people here are nice. The Office staff is a good group of people. Go apply! You can't judge a place on some 10 reviews you read here. When there are 100's of people living there still and the complex is almose full. If they were so bad why are they almost fully occupied' Most places that are as bad as some of these people have described, would be a ghost town. You don't know until you've lived there your self, of what life you'll have there. You can't take some peoples bad experiences to heart. I didn't and I'm happy here.
