Management is absolutely incompetent and slow. I told them about numerous light bulbs which had gone missing in the parking lot, leaving the lot very dark and an easy for thieves, but it still took them over a week to replace them. They also lost my paperwork when I first moved in. There are numerous residents who are on welfare, and create noise by partying all night long since they don't need to go to work in the morning. Parking was obviously an afterthought when the place was built, the proof is in the different sized parking spots. It's also full all the time beacause of the welfare party people. Roofing repairs are just now being accomplished from the wind storm last December.

Waterford at the Lakes is a disease that you should do your best to avoid.
