Ah, where does one begin' Since moving here in 2005, the rent has gone up exponentially, the service and amenities...wait, what amenities' If you like having your car stolen/broken into, your "home" broken into while you slave away trying to keep up with the rent, then this place is for you! At Beelzebub Estates, the staff is completely incompetent ( to illustrate my point, I went to re-up my lease..I know, I know, the staff had no clue that I lived where I stated, and in fact told me that the building stated didn't exist!--Nice).
Previous posts from other satisfied cave dwellers, stated that there is a garbage problem. I'm here to relieve any fears about garbage...yes at Beelzebub Estates, they have a new program that completely does away with the old garbage collection points. Now, these visionaries have decided to institute "curb-side" garbage collection. That's right, place your garbage outside your front door in the white plastic container, and for an additional $9.06/mo, they'll have a collection service come and pick up your garbage and dump it for you! Visionary! Cutting Edge!
---First problem, if we're all placing our garbage outside our front door doesn't that cut into the overall view of the apartments to potential renters'
---By placing our garbage outside our front doors, won't we be eventually inviting rodents and vermin into our homes as well as the crooks, criminals and thieves we're already trying to support'
---What about the holidays, when you have tons of excess turkey carcasses, and empty boxes' Basically, too much trash for the little white garbage cans provided' I mean the curbside service won't be available during the holidays--right'
---Oh, one more thing, this service happens sporadically 5 days/week--excluding weekends, when most of the rats, rodents, criminals and thieves are home. ( and the rest of us)!
It goes without saying that this is beyond any doubt, the most horrible place to live! I don't know if it's the management, the property owner or what, but there just isn't a good thing to say about these apartments. I'm counting down the days 'til I can move out of here! If you're looking for a place to live...don't even think about moving here! Between the jerry-rigged repairs, aforementioned security problems, non-existent amenities, incompetent staffing, the new curb-side appeal, I'm sure you can go else where and do better for the same price!
