For the price I was paying ($705/month) for my 1 bedroom, this place was not worth it at all.

I had a problem with my dryer ruining my clothes. Leaving a black, tar like substance all over them. I had to make multiple calls to get a maitainence guy to come out, and the 1st two times he came out he found nothing wrong. Even though I showed him the many articles of clothing. It was like pulling teeth to get them to replace the unit. The maintainence guy told me that they were just swapping the unit with one from an unoccupied apartment!

The ladies at the management office were all VERY rude, and none of them knew what eachother were doing. They would say they were leaving a message for another person there, but the other person would never get it.

The lighting in the parking lot was horrible. Very dark. There was often ladders and maintainence equipment left just lying on the sides of the buildings. The outgoing mail was routinely stolen. Parking was very bad. Though you could spend an additional $80/month for a covered spot.

When I finally moved out, they charged me a bunch of fees, even though my lease was up. They told me I never put down a security deposit, when I paid $300 originally. At one point after I moved out, I was actually sent all the water bills for all the apartments! The management office mistakenly had them forwared to me! If I had wanted to, I could've read through the 100 bills. Just goes to show you how bad the management was.
