Where should I begin. The rent is high and if you renew it will go higher. On top of the rent you get to pay a 1.99 billing fee...a bill placed on your door. Then for 19.95 you pay for curbside garbage pick up. You get to place your trash outside your front door and hope they pick it up before the rodents find out this is the place for them to move in.

You will get to have the oppurtunity to remove mold from the inside of your apartment and they will not acknowledge that it is there.

The office is never opened the hours that are stated on the door. But with the high turnover of staff maybe they just stay outside because they know that they will not be there long. If you do get the chance to see them..make sure you get everything in writing that is if they are capable of it. They have lost my rent twice...once they credited to another account.

The place is dirty..shingles from the 2006 windstorm are still lying around.

If you live here you will get the oppurtunity to at least once a month get a notice that apartments have been broken into.

Parking...there is none. If you are lucky enough to find a spot close to your apartment then make sure your alarm is loud so you can hear it..cars are always being vandilized.

As for maintance if you get them to come out and try to fix something it will not be done properly. I find it easier to do it myself.

I can not wait to be out of here..I would rather live in my car or a shelter than this awful awful place. Stay away I am sure you can find a better place/
