I moved here because it looked like a great place and good management. The just started a garbage valet service which doesn't work. If you don't follow the guidelines, they will take you off of the service and still charge you the 17 dollars a month. The parking is TERRIBLE! I have to park a 10 min. walk from where I live and all they can tell me is to get a car port, THAT ISN'T CURRENTLY AVAILABLE! My car has also been broken into. I wouldn't move here. They don't care about the resident, just the money in their pockets.

I think you are part of the problem if you can't help out with the solution. I have never had the problems anyone else has because I realize this is apartment living if you can't handle it then buy a freaking house!!! Then pay someone else to fix all the stuff you break in your house. Its an apartment complex...get a clue.

I agree with the person who responded. How hard is it to follow the garbage rules anyway?? As long as you follow the rules, it shouldn't be a problem. As far as parking, deal with it. This is community living. If you want your own driveway, then rent a house and not at a huge apartment complex. And pleeaaase, a 10 minute walk??? I highly doubt that! The parking lot isn't even that big!! I think you're being a total baby. I've lived here for years and have never had the problems that you're talking about. The staff is great, my work orders are tended to promptly, and I feel safe living here. You must just be a careless, irresponsible tenant who can't follow simple rules and gets pissed off when you don't get your way. I think you need to grow up and start acting like an adult.
