Poor maintenance, bad onsite management, and even worse ownership. Avoid at ALL costs. We couldn't get maintenance on our leaking comode for over three months. We had to keep towels wrapped around the comode to stop the water. Then, as soon as that dilemma was ended we started noticing "bubbling" paint around the shower/tub eventually the bubbles started bursting, and they were filled with water! the entire wall was soaked, and the drywall was crumbling. This only took about two months to get "Bill" the maintenance guy to look at. When he did, he told us "it would be ok" and did nothing about it. Stay Awawy.............stay far, far, away.

one thing about white house you tell them there is a problem and they fix . and we can not be responable for a tenant that leaves the water running and damages the unit bill is great this person is so wrong it is sad
