Rented here for one year. When I first moved in, the place wasn't anything to write home about, but I thought it would be ok for a few years till I got established in Seattle after moving from California. Had the place not been so ridiculous we would have stayed for another year or so, but we had to go.The fist thing you notice is the maintenance here asically doesn't exist. When you do get maintenance the guy that comes is creepy and made me nervous. The general condition of the building is quite poor with everything needing paint and doors to the hallways rotting and unclosable. I also agree that many times I came home feeling like someone had ben in my apartmment. I just don't trust the crazy onsite mgr or the maint. guy. Glad to be gone.

CRAZY PERSON THE BUILDINGS ARE BRAND NEW ALL RE DONE NEW WINDOWS NEW DOORS NEW SIDING NEW ALL . I BELIVE THIS PERSON IS CRAZY I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 6 YEARS AND IT HAS GOTTEN SO MUCH BETTER NOW THAT WE HAVE A MANAGER THAT CARES

this makes me laugh why would someone rank down such a nice place i guess they have no life. I WOULD LIVE HERE AGAIN GREAT PLACE :)
