I've lived at the White House Apts for close to a year, and have not had any problems. I hear the old manager named Tammy (the new one is named Tammie) was terrible, but no complaints from me since I've been here. The 3rd story apartments have an amazing view of Kent. This complex is very small (although the apartments themselves are huge), so it is quiet. The only reason I am moving is because we just bought a house in Tacoma. Otherwise, I would be perfectly content to stay. Oh, and you don't have to pay water and garbage. That is a HUGE . You should be so lucky to get my apartment when I move out. No low-lifes live here, Tammie wouldn't put up with it. So don't move here if you plan on causing trouble. If it's peace and quiet you are looking for, and you don't mind not having a yard, this is the place for you.
