I have lived at White Dove for a little over a year. I've had 5 different mangers and 4 or 5 different maintainance men. With each new manger comes new changes, policies and rules. It's horrible. There's no consistency. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. There are so many section 8 tenants that the apts are becoming so ghetto. Too many people with nothing but free time on their hands, which results in problems/issues.
