Besides being very unsafe, this is the worst managed Property. Two neighbors cars have been stolen consecutively and the police are constantly in and out as they do in the Projects. The manager will haggle you to death if you request any maintenance. The property manager is ill trained and she does not know how to relate to her tenants or her assistance as evident by the rapid turnover. The constant turnover is bad for property management and right now, we have had three (3) turnovers within 4 months from July to November. I will advise prospective tenants to look elsewhere because if they move in here their properties will be stolen and the manger will add to grief. This is one property you will HATE to call its office for ANYTHING! The property is manage like they
