management lacking the requirements

I am been here over 2 years and I have a 100% travelling job and I frequently receive packages but no one of them was ever delivered. The "reviewer" who said otherwise must either be the manager or one of her countrymen cuz we have many in the complex. If the "reviewer" is legitimate then that show how inept management is since they favor newer customer over an old customer. Maybe this works in their country but not here because we have choices. Yes, the manager has an attitude and here in america, if you dont know who butter your bread you will soon be without bread. To run a viable business you have love you customers who are keeping you in business.
