Poorly Managed Proprty

It is very sad that the property owner Pinnacle is doing nothing to alleviate its poorly managed property. If Pinnacle should review the staff turnover they will see clearly that there is a problem. What is preventing Pinnacle for doing anything is beyond most tenants. Even the maintenance person has had enough of the manager and as such he decided to leave. Still Pinnacle could not see any problem with management of its property. And now the TRASH is spilling over and it could be breading ground for diseases. The manager is turning this place into a project! Like most tenants, I wish I could leave like the staff I see come and go! It seems like Pinnacle doesnt care as long it is receiving rent checks. If Pinnacle continues to ignore the management issue here, they will receive my rent check following the expiration of my lease!
