Poor Management is Indefensible

A track record of Poor management speaks for its self and there is nothing one can do to defend a poor track record except to abandon the track and start anew! Why is the manager so Gong Ho about her poor attitude and work! She has been chasing folks out of that office faster than a raging storm! Remember we interact with the maintenance and the office staff and some people end up building a form of relationship with people that play a part in their lives because they service their apartments and they take their calls or receive them when they come to the office. Over time a relationship is forged. So you guys need to get over this! Pinnacle does not care about its tenants because they are enjoying the drama unfolding at this complex. Pinnacle is only thinking about today and not tomorrow. They need to get rid of the manager antagonizing the tenants and the staff!
