If things remain the way they are, this apt have a manager who will drive this apartment from what it is today (regular apt) to the Whitedove PROJECTS (ghetto) tomorrow.

No doubt! Because she will drive the good tenants and bring in tenants who will help her transform the apt to its LOW point
