I laugh when I read these reviews. I have lived in the complex for a few years and this is the first manager to actually hold the tenants accountable for their actions. It is amazing to me how angry people become when the property manager does her job and does not take excuses for missed bills and problem tenants. The only tenants who are disgruntled with the management are people who do not pay bills on time, have their cars towed because they are parked illegally, or expect the 'very mean' property management to be their personal caretakers. Grow up people.
