I would recommend this place the price is reasonable and month to month if you are looking for just a one-bedroom they only have Small One-Bedrooms and Deluxe One-Bedrooms & a few Studios some have a view and some do not,a outdoor heated pool, weightroom, beauitful landscape and inside and outside they are always making a better improvement to make it feel like home with upgrades, plenty of parking which are not assigned but they give you parking tags to hang on your rear-view mirror showing you are resident here and underground parking gargages that you pay a monthly fee to use or you can use outside parking and you pay water,sewer and garbage which is around 15 dollars a month or so, close to Shopping, Restrauants, Downtown Kent,the New Kent Station, King County Libary, Banks, two Starbucks in town, easy access to I-5 and the Valley Freeway 167, walking trails and biking trails, wallking distance to Lake Fenwick, & the golf course. The only down fall is you might hear your neighbors from time to time than other better built apartments such as talking, slaming doors, bumping stereos or music on their computers, pounding the heels of their feet into your celing as they walk in their apartments as if they are large animals if you live in the one on the bottom floor or the one above you if you are the middle apartment and you hear them doing the such (you get the drift) but if you do enough banging on the walls to get their attention they seem to get the hint that you can hear them then there are others that just don t have any regards towards anyone of what you don't want to hear. Places I have lived at before you had people hanging out on or around your doorstep and being very rude to step out of the way so you can leave your doorstep and telling you, you don t need to be so rude after you have said exuse me in nice way. You will not find that sort of thing here, for the most part friendly management always a pleasure to deal with,work orders are complete on same-day or next business day always. They do have laundry rooms but no washer and dryer hookups in your unit. And they do not tolerate crime in the dwelling or around the property which they have you sign an agreement upon moving in which I never had to sign before anywhere else I lived at before that might tell you something about the place here that they do take it very seriously. Hardly any police activity not a lot of break-ins IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT THEFT YOU ARE GOING TO FIND THAT NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE IN A APARTMENT OR A HOUSE. IF YOU LEAVE THINGS FOR OTHERS TO SEE THAT AREN T SECURE IT S BOUND TO GET STOLEN BASIC COMMON SENSE. NO THIS REVIEW IS NOT FROM EMPLOYEES OR MANAGEMENT.
