I have lived at Woodland Estates for 6 years now, and I have lived in several different units. I have never had a problem with the management. I have had a couple of problems with neighbors being unreasonable, and whenever I've mentioned these problems to the management, they have helped me right away. There is a fountain in the front of the complex that is regularly cleaned, we love it because its like driving into a retreat instead of hearing traffic on the road- there is a big pond with another fountain near the pool, they keep the grounds very clean and well-maintained, and they make rules regarding working on cars (so it doesn't get looking junky), children MUST be supervised, etc. It's very nice, I feel lucky to have found this apartment complex.
