I moved into Woodland Estates two months ago and I am very pleased with my decision. I have a large, 800 sq ft apartment, with new carpeting, remodeled kitchen and interior, and best of all, i only pay $765/month (includes sewer, gas, and water). They have a mini-gym, ping-pong tables, and a nice pool. The only negative thing i would say is that the windows needed to be fixed as cold air was leaking into my apartment.
