- The apartments are ok, The management seems nice, but my appliances are old and the fake wood floors are old and cracked. lived here a while The apartment overall was very good nice and big. My main problem however was that the maintenance crew just stood outside there storage area all day long. I was wondering why they rarely worked. But they did end up getting a new maintenance manager who actually made them work.
