I've been living here for a few months in a 1 bed/1 bath on the bottom floor. If you decide to move here I would suggest a top floor unit, as there is no insulation whatsoever. My apartment is always cold and my light bill is pretty high considering I am heating the outside. However, the water/sewer bill is reasonable compared to other places I've lived.
If you are sensitive to noise, this is not the place for you. I can hear everything my neighbors do and say - as they are loud and inconsiderate. I have complained to management but they still don't seem to get that someone lives below them.

Garbage and recycling areas that were pretty clean when I moved in are now overflowing, although they seem to be somewhat maintained on a weekly basis. Repair is slow. Expect to call a few times to get something fixed.
