HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

Top floor is always HOT, bottom floor people are paying for your heat and you have the window open in the middle of winter! Insrlation POOR!
Noise is horrible, can hear neighbors conversation.. Can smell neighbors cigarrette smoke in my apartment!
Garbage and recycling areas are overflowing and smell horrible! Have complained to management and still backs up. Repair is slow. Expect to call a few times to get something fixed. Management says they take down information but NEVER follow up!
Lived there three years and they had at least 7 managers, maintenance men and assistant managers the same. Property Management must be terrible to hire people like this and they don't even have a PC in the office! What management they do hire is horrible!!
