The remodle was done TERRIBLY and took A TON longer than we were told - They never fix a thing - Been through lord know how many mangers and management companies in two years - the noise is RIDICULOUS - Ive awoken to police cars and breathalizers test outside my window - Peopl are extremely inconsiderate in the complex - its a bunch of teenagers pretty much - the garbage is always overflowing and smells - you can here the ppl above you everytime they go to the bathroom and when they flush the pipes rattle the whole apt - for almost 900 bucks for a 1 bedroom - it's NOT WORTH IT IN ANY WAY - I finally moved out a couple months ago - THANKFULLY
