This place is not the best. It totally sucks that we pay a LOT ..and for what other Luxury Apartments have to offer, the least Ascent can do for their tenants is keep the pool open longer , and take some of that money that they charge for parking and make the pool and indoor pool. Its not like we wont be missing it, since it is closed after Labor Day! No indoor pool!' No child play area'! Teeny Tiny Hottub, granted, it is open 24 hours, but only room enough for one, otherwise you'd be too close for comfort! Gross, can you imagine sitting next to some old guy, who is staring at your boobs or crotch' They obviously dont use the pool OR the hot tub, and that is the problem. Its not a problem with management unless it affects THEM! I can't believe the rent, and very little room. Under 980 SqFt for 2 bed, 2 bath and that is 1380.00 a month, plus 25.00 monthly for pARKING, and $11.00 for trash/sewer, about 60.00 a month for water, and if you want to use the excersize equipment, you have to go at late hours, it's always occupied, and no one leaves until a good hour. Anissa, please make the pool into an indoor one! What is the property owner using our hard earned money on' We didnt get any updates in our place, and we don't have great (even good) anemities. Better to live in Bothell or Canyon Park. You can get a 3 bed/2 bath for LESS! ($1,200).

I thought Managers wernt supposed to comment on here!!! LOL. It sure looks like you have a lot of time on your hands, Anissa to be defending yourself on here, rather, why dont you just give tenants what they deserve instead of checking back on here and trying to make it sound like you are so sincerely sorry for whatever grievences we the tenants have with Ascent? Btw, I have lived in Bothell, and it is not any worse nor better than Kirkland.Ascent, in my opinion, just likes to rip off people, and in my experience, it has been a horrible one. When I lived there last year to now, I was not allowed to even see my apartment before I moved in to it. It wasnt even being occupied, but after I signed the lease, I was allowed to see the actual apartment the day before I was to move in, and it was smaller than the model home. I was very disappointed. dont move here.

Managers are encouraged to respond to the reviews, that is why they have an Account specifically designed for the Managers. Managers, however, are not allowed to rate or review their property. Why is that so funny that you need a "LOL"? I do make time to check this website periodically to get constructive feedback. I would venture to say that at least 90%, if not more, of all managers do check this website to see what residents are writing. Is this not a forum for discussion? Regarding Bothell being a better place than Kirkland to live, I am strictly referring to market price comparison. Bothell is a great place to live, it is also more cost effective. But if you chose to live in Kirkland, the price will increase. Regarding your apartment being smaller than the model...That is physically impossible. The model 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is 697 square feet, and is our smallest size apartment. I do not know any resident by the name of Larissa B, do you still live here?
