Bad management.
Me and my wife went to rent in this apartment complex they showed us a prepped and perfect apartment with nice new appliances and said the unit above this one is exactly like it but its not ready to show. We spent the next 3 weeks trying to see "our" apartment which after them pushing us back because "it wasn t ready to show yet". Finally they said we could see it, be got there and the manger rudely accused us of "calling, and calling" in front of several others. We had called 3times in 2 and a 1/2 weeks each time they promised us the unit would be ready on a different date, when the date passed wih no word we would call them up. We didn t even push until the 3 days before we were supposed to move in to see "our" apartment, we found out why they didn't want us to see it.
It was a total bait and switch. The appliances were 10 years or more older then the show unit, the bathroom outdated, and thrashed, and the unit "wasn't ready" because even though it had been vacant three weeks no one had even entered the unit, somone had done a job in the toilet 3weeks before and it hadn't been flushed. We were supposed to move in in three days, and nothing had been sone. There even appeared to be some type of bug problem.
We were going to move in anyway but decided to let them call us when the apartment was ready because of how rude the manager was. A week after our agreed upon move in date they called us and said "we never heard from you your apartment is ready to move in." These people are untrustworthy, un-responsive and rude.
We asked for our deposit back, of course they said no even though they didn t live up to their end of the agreement to have it ready by our move in date and call us. Don t rent here, run. They lie to your face to get what they want then stab you in the back.

Totally agree...use to live there...the Manager is a total LIAR. Ask the manager to repair the toilet, she said a couple of days will do but we piratically had to beg her for 3 week before it was done.

Oh yeah I definitely agree. We had a water leak in our apartment. Coming from the ceiling by the window in the living room. It took them a few months just to even try and repair, plus they did a crappy job. When we first noticed it, we called the emergency number and it was disconnected...
