Take my advise,

Please think twice before renting here! I moved in last year and will not be renewing my lease due to several reasons.

I understand that every property is different and with that comes the good and that bad, but this place has more of the bad than good.

Great location...but hello, it is a small property and a narrow one so on the front side you face 124th street (Very noisy!!) On the back side, you look onto I-405. Oh mY God, If I had known this I would have looked elsewhere. Good luck getting a good nights sleep. (I rented from out of state, so management told me it was a quiet location)

Pink counter tops, little to no additonal guest parking, and outdated fitness equipment/cabana are all down sides to. Also, the manager is nice but her staff (the ones that actually have to deal with you) are horrible. They tell you what you want to hear! very unprofessional!

Try Willina Ranch, Avignon or Montebello. (I have friends at these properties and they love it there!)
