Yes, they look great from the outside, but keep these things in mind:
- Overpriced!
- Terrible parking situation!
- VERY noisy!! (It backs up to 405!)
- Try getting out of the complex..and onto the main road of 124th. Good luck, this property is in a terrible location.
-Thin walls, (I can hear my neighbor like they were standing next to me. I hear their "bedroom and bathroom" activities. (Yuk)
- Unhelpful Management in the office.
The Good side - Beautiful grounds and attractive looking buildings. Great 405 Access, and wonderful Maintenance staff.
You have to weigh your options. I only lived here 6 months. (more good than bad)
