Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I live here and have to say I will not renew my lease. I have been here for 2 years and for the price I pay I expect a little in return.
Parking is a nightmare and the property is next to the freeway. Very noisy, Very expensive. Not at all worth the money.
Maintenance is great, very prompt! Management staff is unhelpfull and at times rude. It feels like they kiss your A-- to get you to rent there and once you sign on the dotted line, they treat you like dirt. Very unprofessional.
Cabana is beautiful and the location is perfect. Just my opinion but, I would not reccomend living here.
