My wife and I moved in April and we love it.
Noise - One reviewer writes about noise complaints, that is a load of crap. The apartments were built originally as Condo?s, so the insulation and sound proofing is second to none! We haven?t heard a thing. 405 does not bother and we are near the slayter ave side.
Price- Great price for what you get, and believe us we?re newly weds, so finances are a priority.
Location- working in Seattle city and Redmond. Can?t complain.
Parking - Car ports and garages are for cars not for storage. So if you store don?t complain.
