I am a single, mid 30-year old who has had nothing but issues with the staff at Aspen Creek.
The main problem that I have is broken promises. They promise you the world to get you in and then they just say "oh well" once you are a tenant.

The worst part of my residency is having to deal with the office staff. They are horrible!!! Especially Kim, the assistant manager! She is so rude and unprofessional. I have approched her several times in the office and she is too busy talking with her friends on the phone (haveing a personal conversation) to deal with me.
I am very friendly with my neighbors and they all hate her to. When I moved in, I told her which property in Bellevue I moved from and she began bad mouthing that property to me (as if that would make me want to do business with her.) I have no intention of renewing my lease.

Ps. The maintenance is great & the grounds are beautiful!
