My roomate and I signed a 9 month contract, and only lasted 4 months becuase the place was so gross. About two weeks into living there, we started smelling something gross in the apartment, and asked to have the carpets cleaned. when the carpet guy got there, he found that the carpet was SATURATED with cat pee...and Sauna and Christina just said "too bad". Christina, one of the management people, has no business in a customer service position. She is about 17, and could care less about anything you have to say and Sauna just says whatever you want to hear to shut you up. We have been moved out for 3 months, and now are all the sudden getting some sort of bill for "cleaning", although they said they were going to replace the carpet after we left becuase it was so gross....and we haven't paid it so they are threatening to take us to collections.

Their excuse for none of our maintenence requests being taken care of (broken toilet, uninstalled ceiling fan, no new paint on the walls) was "too bad, we only have one maintenece guy right now and he doesn't have time for everything)....THEN HIRE SOMEONE ELSE IDIOTS!!!

I would not reccomend this place specifically for the moronic managent that has no idea how to run an apartment complex.
