Dear Great Potential,
Give it time and you to will deal with the same frustrations as the rest of us. You just haven't lived here long enough. I have been a tenant for 3 years now and only when this new Management came in have I had problems. During the month of November there was major flooding to the D complex. It was due to tree roots in the sewer system thus causeing the sewer systems to back up into each tenant of complex D's living area. It was 5 PM before Roto Rooter showed up to help. Not a single management personal informed my family of what was going on or to see if we needed housing while this unsafe contaminated water was in our home. In fact at 8 that same evening I had to track down the Roto Rooter employee who then informed me we were not able to us any water in the homes and he had no idea on a time frame to resolve the issue. No professional help was called in to clean the mess. The Tenants we left to do this themselves. The carpet was saturated with this contaminated water and never sanitized full by professionals. My home now smells musty I am sure from the mold and bacterial left in the carpet padding that should have just been replaced. When management was sent a letter asking for restitution and an opt out considered on our lease my letter was disregarded and never mentioned. I would not recommend these so called luxery townhomes to anyone and look forward to the day my lease is up.
