The parking situation is a nightmare. If you can get a covered spot that cost extra because if you come home after 5 there is no parking available and you have to park on the street. Now, the maintenance people are great and responsive to problems. It is quiet here too. However, beware of smokers because the building has no ACs that on days you want to open your windows the smokers are out and they end up getting the smoke in your house. I have discussed this with the office, but they tell me that the smokers have more rights than I do. We are ready to get out of here because of the smell and the rudiness of the smokers here. If you smoke it is great, but if you have a family it is not the best place to live with the smell.

Did you discuss it with the smokers? I've found that a lot of people will be thoughtful of your needs if you just ask...

No! Not true most in this community do not consider others (including the management) you are better off getting out. We lived here and tried this tactic to no avail.
