I am so excited about my new place!! My husband and I are downscaling from a large home in Somerset that is just too big for us. I've looked at multiple properties before we decided on this one. Rick was an absolute delight to work with. He was very professional and on top of his game. I very much like working with him.

I drove to the apartments at night on several nights before we put down our deposit. I wanted to see if it was loud' (It wasn't. It was very quiet.) What were the neighbors like' We also rented two garages and were excited we had that option with our flat.

I love the vaulted ceilings in our flat, and I love how large the windows are. Tenants have the option of going with partially remodeled units (which means all new appliances) or with full remodeled units (also includes gorgeous new kitchen and bathroom cabinets). We opted for a partial remodel, as they were a little cheaper rent wise, but it's not like the cabinets are nasty or anything! They are just your typical cabinets. I liked having that option as well (since I like to save money!) and I'm really happy with Aspen Creek and with Rick.

There was a reviewer below who mentioned that someone smoking outside your window could be annoying. I can see how this would be annoying, but I wonder if they asked the person to kindly smoke elsewhere' Few people if asked, would say no. There's something to be said about being proactive with what you want in life... you have to ask for what you want!

I am very happy with the size of my new flat. I have a dining table that seats six, and a supersized couch, and many places I looked at couldn't fit my furniture in properly. I also like that Aspen Creek doesn't have that icky apartment feel. It very condo-like instead, and the gardening is well taken care of.

You can also get Comcast here, which is great. I had looked into another place in Bellevue, and was horrified to learn their internet was satellite based!!! Evidently the internet dropped all the time.

I'm a distance runner, and Aspen Creek backs up to Slater Ave on the back. Slater Ave gets almost no traffic (this is different from another Slater in Kirkland) and is perfect to run on. Where it meets 124th Ave, there's a crosswalk that crosses the street and takes you back into less-trafficky roads. So the running is really good (and not too hilly!)

Hello, Anonymous, who are you? Did anyone tell you it was rude to speculate? Are you a "conspiracy theory" person, too? My name is Sara and I'm not going to write more because I wouldn't normally be so impolite and thus don't want my last name on this, but I am not employed by Aspen Creek, neither is my husband or family or anyone I know that I'm friends with. Anonymous, could it be possible that someone might like living here? That you are not the only person with a perspective, and that perhaps you think just because you feel a certain way that that's the only way a person could feel? Obviously, it's not true. Anonymous, what you're doing is called a "hasty generalization", and it is a logical fallacy. The generalization that because you feel a certain way everyone else must is just logically unsound. At least if you're going to "comment" have the balls to put your name. Get some class and study manners or at least learn to stop trying to force your views on everyone else. Your hasty generalization is not going to become "true" just because you keep insisting it.
