decent From: dino_d31@hotmail.com Date posted: 10/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Pros: - new and clean - nice fitness center - great location - lots of parking (so far) - good move-in deals - walking distance to retail shops Cons: - management somewhat disorganized - thin walls, ceilings and windows - slow elevators - still some construction going on - no pool (but near Lake Washington) - no games/entertainment room The less I have to deal with management the better. I moved here from downtown Chicago so this area is quiet compared to what I'm used to. Once we sell our condo in Chicago and are more familiar with the neighbourhoods around here we will move out. I tried to refer the first reviewer for the $500 referral gift but they said I had to write their name and unit number down during their very first visit (you can sign a guest card when you come in the first time).
