I've lived here for almost 4 months, in the newer of the 2 buildings. And I still like my apartment a lot.


Here are the pros:

1) The furnishing is beautiful.
2) My 1-bedroom apartment is quite spacious.
3) The parking garage is huge and I've never had trouble finding a space.
4) Fitness center is really nice. Clean, bright, and have LCD TV's.
5) Managment is the nicest I've seen and very helpful. And they're not the "fake kind of nice." They're actually pretty cool.
6) There's a Starbucks right beside the apartment.
7) There are at least 4 or 5 gas stations in the area. QFC, Safeway, Blockbuster, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, KFC, Wendy's are all pretty close.
8) Garbage room on every floor - really convenient.


Cons:

1) Elevators are a little slow, but not a very big deal.
2) Walls are thin and sometimes you can hear your neighbors. But I've YET to find an apartment that doesn't have thin walls. Do they even exist'
3) I wish they had a "true abs machine" in the fitness center, but it's a bit nit-picking, I know.
4) There's a bar nearby and sometimes on weekend nights it can get a little loud with druken people yelling in the streets. Ususally doesn't last very long, at least right now in the winter. Nothing that a phone call to local police doesn't solve.

That's about all the negatives I can think of. Really not a big deal when you think about it. My last apartment (Excalibur in Bellevue) was A LOT worse.

Definitely would recommend this apartment.
